Sparkling garnet red color with purple reflections in its youth. Clean nose with nice fresh and intense fruit. Red fruit with hints of red currants, cherries, strawberries and a hint of blackberries. Medium bodied with a remarkably fresh character that keeps the wine wonderfully tasty and captivating. The finish is lush and full of finesse.
Delicious with a fine piece of beef or veal, vegetarian dishes, Asian preparations and soft cheeses.

Mild continental climate. The summers can be dry and warm and the winters can be very cold. Due to the high altitude, the temperature differences can be large here. The altitude also ensures sufficient precipitation.

From 2 vineyards: Los Quemados & Cerro Moro both located in the Province of Teruel. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 750 to 900m and consist of a soil of slate and a more clay-dominated soil with boulders. The vineyards are not irrigated (Dry Farming) and are picked by hand.

The grapes are picked at night or early in the morning to guarantee optimal fresh fruit. The fermentation is started under controlled low temperature with local yeasts without other interventions.
