Pale yellow color. Light aromatic nose with notes of exotic fruit and yellow blossoms. Sunny style, full flavor with a hint of almond and pear and a nice refreshing but charming finish. (Dry)

50% Sauvignon, 40% Vermentino and 10% Grenache Blanc. Cautious pressing. Only the first 3 presses are used. Débourbage at 8 to 10 °. Low temperature fermentation to preserve fraiche (16 °) in stainless steel tubs after which bottling. It will rest in cellar for a few months before being put on the market.
