Golden, pale straw in colour. Fine nose, mineral with notes of fresh fruit. It's palate is bold at first, with an elegant. Soft and delicate with a perfect acidity.
Serve chilled, either on its own as an aperitif or with scallops, mussels, oysters, grilled fish, sardines, goat’s cheeses.
